可直接在 Cue 页面编辑预加载或已录制的 clips：点击 clip 即可打开 clip properties 与底部编辑区。
编辑界面大体与 Editor 页面的 region editor 及独立 pianoroll window 相同，主要区域：
- Editor toolbar：view 选项、editing mode 选择及其他控制
- 左侧 Zoom control：设置一次可见的 octave 数与范围
- 主 Pianoroll area：显示 notes
- 下方 automation editing area
- Editing notes
两种 editing modes：Draw 与 Edit。
Draw 模式：
- 在 toolbar 设定长度后单击 timeline 添加预定义长度的 note
- 点击 timeline 向右拖动绘制自定义长度的 note
- 按住 Shift 点击并向右拖动"刷"note——按全局 quantization 间隔放置，长度由 toolbar 定义
Edit 模式：
- 多选 notes：Ctrl 点选单个 notes；Shift 选中当前 note 与点击 note 之间的所有 notes；在空白处点击拖向 notes 做 rubberband selection
- 选中 notes 后点击其中部上下/左右拖动移动
- 指向 note 左右边缘点击拖动以 trim/extend
- S 与 J 快捷键 split/join notes
- Editing automation
Draw 模式可创建新 automation，Edit 模式可编辑已有 automation。
automation editing area 显示 note velocity 与 controllers，默认禁用——点击任一可用的 controller 选项（Velocity、Bender、Pressure、Modulation）即启用。点击底部 toolbar 名称左侧的小 LED 可启用/禁用某 automation lane。该区域可叠加显示多个 controller 的数据，但一次只能编辑一条 automation lane。
