Piano Roll Window：选中 MIDI region 后 right-click → *[region]* → *Edit in a separate window...* 打开。窗口分 4 部分：MIDI Inspector pane、editor toolbar、note editing area、automation editing area。
MIDI Inspector pane（默认隐藏）：
- Chord Editing：见 Chords
- Quantize：与 Quantize dialog 相同的 UI——选中 notes、设置参数，悬停 + *Q* 应用
- Region Properties：Name、Source（MIDI file）、Position、End、Length、File start、Sync point（relative/absolute）
Editor toolbar：
- 播放：play once / loop / solo
- note 显示：visible channel selector——其他 channel 显示为 ghost notes；regular / drum-diamond note mode；follow playhead
- note 编辑：Draw vs Edit、Snapping、Grid mode、Length（default）、Velocity（default，*Auto* = 继承最近 note）
- zoom：in/out、entire region、focus
Note editing area：
- 左侧 scroomer 控制可见范围，见 Controlling MIDI Range
- 橙色 handle = trim 可见 start/end
- Draw mode：click-drag 添加 note；*Shift*+click-drag = 按 global quantization brush notes
Automation editing area：velocity + 各 controller 的 lanes，默认禁用、堆叠显示。toolbar 右端的 *A* 按钮选择当前编辑的 controller；spacebar toggle lanes 显示；Draw / Internal Edit mode 下画/编辑 automation；每个 lane 有 Clear button。
