Record and Punch Options：punch controls 位于主 toolbar，仅 Editor mode 下可见，与 punch clocks（in/out markers）配合工作。
In/Out buttons：
- In only：从 In marker 开始录制，无结束点
- Out only：录制到 Out marker 为止，无起点
- In and Out：只录制两个 marker 之间
Recording mode（punch 的层叠方式）：
- Layered（推荐）：每次 take 作为新的 layer 叠加
- Non-Layered：trim 掉重叠部分——适合 spoken word 或 push/pull trimming 工作流
- Sound on Sound：透明层叠——例如逐 take 叠加 MIDI drum build-up
Punch 的具体位置由 punch range markers 定义；punch-in 触发行为可在 Selection and Punch Clocks 相关 controls 中看到。
