Quantize MIDI：把 notes 对齐到 grid。入口：*Region > MIDI > Quantize...*、right-click region → *[Name]* → *MIDI > Quantize...*，或默认快捷键 *Ctrl+5*。
选项：
- Snap note start：对齐 note 起点
- Snap note end：对齐 note 终点（两者同选 = 2 pass）
- Threshold（ticks）：与 grid 相差超过阈值的 note 不受影响
- Strength（%）：按名义距离的百分比移动——不是完全对齐，而是 "部分 quantize"
- Swing（0–130 ticks）：每 2 个 note 中的一个相对 grid 延后，产生 swing 效果
Grid combo：选主 grid 或 beat 的 subdivision。
