在 Ardour 中导出 audio 文件的方式：
- Export dialog——完整导出流程：格式 profile、timespan、channels、overwrite 检查、loudness analysis
- Quick Audio Export——精简版对话框，适合将整个 session（或其一部分）导出为 session rate 的 WAV 等文件
- Edit Export Format Profile——编辑 export format profile（file format、quality、sample rate、encoding、metadata、post-export command）
- Bouncing Regions——将选定的 regions 导出为独立文件（with/without processing）
