Sessions 存储在电脑文件系统上的单个 folder 中。Ardour 首次运行时询问该 folder 的默认位置（初始值为用户 home folder）。
首次运行对话框之后，默认位置可随时经 *Edit > Preferences > Misc > Session Management* 修改；也可以在 New Session dialog 创建 session 时指定特定（不同）位置。
