Auxiliary sends 是 channel strip 中的简单 processors：在 signal flow 的某一点（pre-fader、post-fader、EQ 前后等）抽取信号副本，发送到 bus，而不影响向下到 fader 的正常 signal flow。
多条 tracks 的 aux sends 可共同发送到一条 bus——bus 即成为 Aux bus（与其他 bus 并无区别），用于为乐手建立 monitor mix 或 feed 一个 effect unit。该 bus 输出可路由到独立 hardware outputs（headphone / monitor wedge mixes）或返回 main mix（effect）。
aux sends 不会出现在 audio device 或 JACK ports 上；要把音频送出，用 External Sends。可对比 subgrouping。
- 新建 aux bus
- Session > Add Track, Bus or VCA...* 菜单，在左侧 Template/Type 选择器选 *Audio Busses*。
- 添加 send 到 aux bus
右键 track 的 processor box → *New Aux Send ...* → 选 bus（若唯一 bus 是 Master Bus 则菜单灰显）。
- Post-fader sends：用于共享 signal processing（FX），效果量始终与 main fader 成正比
- Pre-fader sends：送往 bus 的电平**只**由 send 控制、不受 main fader 影响——headphone / monitor wedge mixes 常用
processor 颜色标示 pre/post（pre 红、post 绿）；在 processor box 中拖动 send 到 Fader 前后即可切换。
- 向 Track Group 添加 aux bus
创建 track group 后右键 group tab → *Add New Aux Bus (pre-fader / post-fader)*：新建 aux bus 并给每个 group 成员添加 send。
- 调节 send 电平
- 每个 send processor 有一个小型水平 fader
- Mixer 模式下，aux bus 上按 *Show Sends* 按钮：feed 该 aux bus 的所有 track/bus channel strip 的 main fader 改为控制 send 电平（而非 track gain）——更大、更精细的控制；再按一次恢复

- 点击 send 显示中的 LED 可 enable/disable（disable 时只送 silence）
- Send panners 可设为独立或跟随 main panner（reverb、立体声 in-ear monitor mixes 有用）
